“Please see the attached flier and let your membership know of our event. This event is for any military aircraft of any size and is a day of flying. Minimal planned activities, just a simple day in the nice fall weather (positive thinking) and lots of fun.”
Update: “We have looked at the field conditions as well as the forecast and come to the conclusion that our event scheduled for tomorrow must be rescheduled. Since the field is totally saturated and will probably not be dried out by Sunday we have decided to move the event to October 19th with a rain date of the 20th. We apologize for an difficulties this has caused but we cannot control the weather. I have attached a revised flyer for those who are interested.”
