Here’s an article worth reading, it’s an update to everything that’s been going on with the FAA, AMA and ARC. I received it in an email from Wayne, and it’s originally sourced from the AMA apparently, but I couldn’t find the original article. I did find a copy of it on Aero-News though.
The laws have not been passed yet, they are in the rulemaking stage. Refer AMA Government Relations Timeline to see what is going on.
Jun – Aug/Oct 2011 – 60 to 120 day public comment period I suspect these will be very important times to keep an eye out for and get everyone to speak up.
